Bonanza Realty was founded by Bob and Barbera Schloeder in 1962 and was named after the famous television series, BONANZA. They had the vision and foresight to know the South Bay area was booming in both construction and real estate ownership. Based on this intuition, Bonanza Realty was born.

The Schloeder's wanted to create an independent, family-based service where agents and their clients build a partnership for a long term success. After 60+ years and thousands of transactions, the Schloeders are proud to represent their client's during their most important purchase while taking this responsibility with full commitment and detail.
